Anna Draper

Anna joined BDO UK's Leadership Team in July 2022. Her role focuses specifically on people, culture and purpose at the firm.

Prior to her role on the Leadership Team, she was the Lead Partner of BDO UK in the South East, overseeing a 400 plus strong team of audit, tax and advisory professionals.

One of the aspects of Anna's role that she most enjoys is supporting the firm's many talented people, helping them to develop and achieve their potential.

In addition, Anna is also the sponsor of the firm's BE INSPIRED programme which aims to improve gender balance at BDO.

Prior to joining the Leadership Team, Anna was an Audit Partner specialising in large listed, private equity backed and privately owned international companies.

She has represented BDO UK on the ICAEW Corporate Governance Committee and the QCA Financial Reporting Group, and written articles on governance hot topics.
