With over 30 years of accounting, audit and assurance experience, I am a Business Services & Outsourcing Partner in the Bristol office providing specialist assurance services to the Property Management industry particularly in respect of the provision of Independent Accountant's Reviews of service charge expenditure. Using BDO's innovative workflow management tool, eMOS (Electronic Management of Service Charges), I work in partnership with clients who are market leaders in their own right to create tailored approaches, designed to meet clients’ business objectives now and in the future.

I am also the quality and risk management lead for the Business Services and Outsourcing business stream with a key leadership role to ensure quality is fully embedded in our culture, mindset and everything we do.

I am an experienced coach and mentor, leading the Firm's 30% club programme and passionate about helping individuals across BDO to reach their full potential.
