Amer Hussain

Amer is a Director in in our Deal Advisory team and part of our Transaction Services offering in Scotland.

He joined BDO in 2015 and has worked in the UK corporate finance market since 2010.

His main areas of work are corporate acquisitions and vendor due diligence engagements with a strong emphasis on private equity backed businesses that are involved in buy and build strategies.

He operates across a wide range of sectors and has recently worked on a number of support services, technology and manufacturing deals.

Amer is a Chartered Accountant and a member of ICAS.
