I am a qualified Chartered Tax Advisor with over 16 years experience in resolving UK tax disputes. My clients include high net worth individuals, owner managed businesses, trusts and large corporates. I help clients with voluntary disclosures to HMRC as well as large and complex HMRC investigations including under Code of Practice 8 and 9.
I have extensive experience helping clients and their professional advisors navigate HMRC investigations, including advising on powers, procedures and penalties.
