Adam Frais

Adam is a member of BDO UK’s Leadership Team where he heads up the firm’s 1000-strong tax practice and chairs the Tax Executive Board.

Adam first joined BDO as a trainee in 1991, working his way up to partner in 2001. Before his role on the Leadership Team, Adam led the firm’s London tax group for eight years. Prior to and during this time he advised private equity funds on fund issues, transactions and portfolio investments. Adam also previously headed up BDO UK’s private equity tax team, the corporate and M&A tax team and was a member of the BVCA tax committee.
