Global Portal

The BDO Global Portal gives you the ability to elevate your digital experience with BDO, and it’s available to you around the clock. It’s a SharePoint platform which enables file storage and collaboration between you and your BDO adviser, in an easy-to-use environment.

The Getting Started with BDO Global Portal Guide provides step by step instructions to help you get set up and start using the portal.

The BDO Global Portal can be accessed when you have been invited to it by a BDO Adviser. Once invited, you will receive an email invitation to access the BDO Global Portal. Invitations to the BDO Global Portal will be sent from the address no-reply@portal.bdo.global with the subject line BDO Global Portal: Invitation to BDO Portal. Click the link to accept the invitation, and you will be prompted to login, during which you will need to accept the Terms and Conditions. Once you have successfully accessed your account and updated your settings within your profile, you can begin collaborating with BDO in your secure Global Portal environment.

All our training videos and articles can be accessed from within your portal. Topics covered include navigation, adding users, managing documents and insights.

I’M HAVING TROUBLE LOGGING IN, WHAT SHOULD I DO? 

Contact our Global Portal support team either by emailing auditgpsupport@bdo.co.uk (for audited entities) or clientgpsupport@bdo.co.uk (for clients of non-audited services) or call on 0208 057 1200 from Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.

WHAT IS THE BEST BROWSER TO USE?

The latest versions of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox and Safari are all supported to use with the Global Portal.  

DO I RECEIVE NOTIFICATIONS?

You can control the Notifications you receive in your Profile page. Click on your initials in the top right-hand corner, Personal Settings, then select Notification Preferences. Once there, you can toggle your notifications on and off depending on your preferences. Don’t forget to adjust the notification frequency and hit save! 

WHY IS THERE A MICROSOFT HEADER IN BDO GLOBAL PORTAL?

Some features are supported by Microsoft because the BDO Global Portal runs on Microsoft SharePoint.  

WHO CAN I SEND A FEATURE SUGGESTION TO?

Email our Global Portal support team auditgpsupport@bdo.co.uk (for audited entities) or clientgpsupport@bdo.co.uk (for clients of non-audited services) will share your suggestions with our Global Portal product team.
