Shane Crooks & Mark Shaw were appointed as Joint Administrators of the Companies by order of the Court on 27 April 2018.
Under the provisions of paragraph 100(2) of Sch. B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986 the Joint Administrators carry out their functions jointly and severally and either Administrator has exclusive power to exercise any function.
In accordance with the Joint Administrators’ proposals the Companies transitioned to Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation at the end of the administration periods, with Shane Crooks and Mark Shaw being appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Companies on 10 May 2019.
