Vendor Due Diligence on the sale of Lakeshore Leisure Group to Capfun

BDO has provided vendor due diligence to Kings Park Capital on its sale of Lakeshore Leisure Group to Capfun.  

Lakeshore Leisure Group currently operates three premium lodge holiday parks in South West England, which include the recently established Clawford Lakes park.  The sale to Capfun provides an exit for Kings Park Capital and a UK platform for Capfun for further expansion.
