Transfer of activities of The National College Creative Industries to South Essex College and Access to Music Limited

BDO undertoook financial due diligence in connection with the transfer of the activities of The National College Creative Industries to South Essex College and Access to Music Limited.

The National College Creative Industries provides specialist higher level training for students and employers across the cultural and creative industries. 

Following the transaction, the activities of NCCI have been transferred to South Essex College and Access Creative College. These will provide apprenticeship training to employers across the creative and cultural industries on a national basis, with classroom based courses delivered at The Backstage Centre in Thurrock by South Essex College.
