The BDO Manchester Transaction Services Team recently provided vendor due diligence services to Palatine Private Equity Limited on their £38m secondary buy out of WHP Projects Limited (“WHP”). WHP, headquartered in Warrington, provides all the major UK mobile operators with end to end services for the planning, design, acquisition, deployment, upgrade and maintenance of mobile network masts, antennae and base stations.
