VIMA Group, previously known as IMD Group, provides specialist, large-scale digital transformation solutions across clients in the public sector with a focus on defence and critical infrastructure. VIMA Group offers services in data analytics, cyber assurance, business analysis and transformation, and project, programme and portfolio management.
Chiltern backed VIMA was acquired by US technology and engineering corporation KBR. KBR delivers science, technology and engineering solutions to governments and companies around the world. The acquisition of VIMA's capabilities and trusted relationships in increasingly important areas accelerates KBR's strategy to invest in these skills that will deliver growth and value creation.
