Sale of the business and certain assets of Push Dr Limited to Square Health Limited

Push Dr Limited provided digital locum services to 250 GP practices and hospitals with a combined patient list of 5.7m end users, along with private patients. 

BDO was engaged to identify investors or a purchaser for the Company. Given the cash position the investor identification and sales process was undertaken in an accelerated time frame. Within 2 weeks BDO had contacted 120 potential investors\purchasers and had 40 parties actively exploring interest in the proposition. 

The business and assets were sold through a pre-packaged sale, out of Administration. This safeguarded in excess 100 jobs and ensured continuity of service for thousands of patients.
