Taylor & Goodman, which has three UK sites, focuses on services for the water sector and operates at the cutting edge of engineering.
The acquisition provides Parsons Peebles with expanded product and service capabilities and a combined network of 13 UK locations. It follows last year’s acquisition of Anstee & Ware and positions Parsons Peeble – which is owned by Clyde Blowers Capital – as a leading provider of electromechanical services in the UK.
