Sale of SBS Worldwide (Holdings) Limited to DSV A/S

BDO Corporate Finance advised the Shareholders of SBS Worldwide (Holdings) Ltd on its sale to DSV A/S. SBS is a well established c£50m turnover freight forwarding business with strategic trade lanes operating between the UK, US, China and Europe. This acquisition complements a number of international trade lanes operated by DSV.    "SBS Worldwide is an excellent match for DSV.
