BDO has provided vendor financial and tax due diligence to Bowmark Capital-backed Lawyers On Demand ("LOD") on its sale to Consilio.
LOD is one of the world's leading providers of alternative legal and technology consulting services, working with a pool of more than 4,500 specialist legal professionals, technologists and engineers. It services clients from ten offices globally, with more than 500 multinational clients.
Since Bowmark's investment in May 2018, LOD has achieved significant growth in part through expanding its technology consultancy capabilities as well as broadening its international footprint.
