BDO advised Innotech Digital and Display Limited, a UK-based supplier of wide and grand format print media and display hardware to UK, Europe and US markets, on its successful sale to Vink UK Limited. BDO also provided vendor due diligence services to the sellers.

Vink Holdings operates businesses in 21 European countries and is a member of the Plastics Family, one of the largest independent plastic businesses in the world. The acquisition of Innotech is the latest deal in Vink’s plastics distribution portfolio.
