BDO were instructed by the shareholders of Côte Restaurants Limited to prepare a financial and tax vendor due diligence report in relation to the proposed sale of the business. We were subsequently appointed by CBPE Capital, the ultimate acquirer, to undertake a current trading update as well as to provide tax structuring advice.
