BDO is pleased to announce the sale of Brian Alfred Associates Limited (“BAA”) to Optionis Group. BAA is a long standing client of the firm and provides tax compliance services to self-employed contractors, largely in the construction sector. BAA has over 5,000 active clients and the deal is the latest bolt-on of a business providing services to contractors by Optionis following their secondary buyout last year (from Inflexion) backed by MML.
