Bespoke Home Interior Design (“BHID”) Group is the UK’s leading home interiors specialist, and the ‘go-to’ brand for high end clients looking to furnish any area of their home.
BHID has over 35 years’ experience in creating bespoke luxury interiors. The Group sells luxury furniture, kitchens, staircase renovations and doors, all of which are individually made to meet the exact specifications of client’s homes.
BHID designs, develops, manufactures, and installs bespoke solutions through three consumer brands:
• Tom Howley luxury kitchens
• Neville Johnson furniture and staircases
• London Door Company
BDO Debt Advisory were appointed to advise on the recapitalisation. The new finance package will fund a realisation for shareholders and provide a flexible structure that enables the management team to continue to deliver their successful growth strategy.
