Merger of SEC and Porta and readmission to AIM

BDO was reporting accountant in respect of the readmission of SEC SpA following its merger with Porta Communication plc.

SEC SpA is a public relations and advocacy business, headquartered in Milan with operations primarily across western Europe. It has merged with Porta Communications plc which is the holding company for an international communications and marketing business with 17 offices in 7 countries.

The merger provides the enlarged group with an expanded global footprint and an extended product offering and makes it one of the top 30 global PR agencies in the world.

BDO acted as reporting accountant in respect of the readmission of the enlarged group to AIM.
