The BDO Midlands transaction service team has advised on Ardenton Capital Corporation's investment in Shaftec Automotive.
Based in Birmingham, Shaftec has over 20 years established itself as a leading supplier of remanufactured and new parts to the motor trade, with a focus on transmission, steering and braking components. The investment by Ardenton is the third in the West Midlands following the establishment of a UK office by the Canadian headquartered private equity corporation in early 2017.
