BDO provided Vendor Due Diligence services to RealVNC, a seller of remote access and remote support software, ahead of an investment by Livingbridge.
Founded in Cambridge in 2002, RealVNC is a vendor in the large and fast-growing market for remote access and remote support solutions, with customers in about 160 countries.
RealVNC’s lead product, VNC Connect, allows users to connect securely to a remote device anywhere in the world, see its screen in real-time, and take control as though sitting in front of it. Uses of the product range from basic remote access and remote support, through to deploying it on connected devices such as medical ventilators, set-top boxes and heavy industrial machinery.
Livingbridge’s investment will help support RealVNC through the next phase of its growth, investing in all areas of the business to take full advantage of the significant market opportunities available to it.
