BDO has provided reporting accountant services on the main market fundraise by Aston Martin Lagonda Global Holdings plc.
Aston Martin Lagonda has raised £653m through a £78m placing agreement with Saudi Arabia's PIF and a £575m rights issue.
The fundraise will be used to repay a portion of the group's debt, as well as providing a “substantial liquidity cushion to underpin and accelerate future capital expenditure."
