Founded in 2008, Superbet has over 1,200 retail shops in Romania and Poland offering customers pre-match and live sports betting, virtual betting and lottery offerings.
Superbet launched online operations in February 2016 and a purpose built mobile app in September 2018.
Blackstone's €175m equity investment will allow Superbet to maintain and extend their market leading position in Romania, whilst furthering their expansion in Poland and Central Eastern Europe.
