BDO provided financial and tax due diligence to DPA Microphones A/S (backed by The Riverside Company) on their acquisition of Sound Network Limited. DPA is a Danish developer and manufacturer of high-end microphones for use in theatre, broadcast, live and studio applications and Sound Network is its UK distributor.
