Somerset Estates REIT plc, which owns a portfolio of buy-to-let properties, has been admitted by way of introduction to the Official List of The International Stock Exchange in the Channel Islands. The company had a market capitalisation of £9m on listing. BDO acted as reporting accountant on the listing.
