Acquisitions and readmission of Blackstar to AIM

Blackstar is a dual listed (AIM and AltX of the JSE) investment company, with a portfolio of investee companies in South Africa. Blackstar simultaneously acquired the Times Media Group Limited, which owns media and entertainment assets, and Kagiso Tiso Holdings Proprietary Limited, a South African investment holding company. At the same time the name of the Company was changed to Tiso Blackstar.
