Acquisition of White Marble Consulting Group by Alpha FMC Limited

BDO has provided financial, tax, commercial, HR and IT due diligence services on the acquisition of White Marble Consulting group by Alpha FMC.

Alpha Financial Markets Consulting, a global provider of specialist consulting services to the financial services industry, has acquired White Marble Consulting, a specialist marketing consultancy firm to asset management, wealth management and alternatives clients.

The addition of White Marble expands Alpha's financial services sector-focussed offering, providing a holistic range of client marketing solutions to its global client base.

For BDO this transaction was a great opportunity to provide our client with a joined-up service across a number of due diligence streams.
