Acquisition of Veriphy Limited by Davies Group

Davies Group, the specialist operations and digital business working with highly regulated clients, has acquired Veriphy Limited, the specialist KYC and AML compliance solutions business. The acquisition enhances Davies' existing digital capabilities and will join the Customer Solutions business, which now boast more than 120 professionals.
