The BDO team performed buy side due diligence for the US private equity group, Stellex Capital Management, in relation to the acquisition of The Chapman Group, a leisure operator that owns and manages a portfolio of 28 hotels and pubs in the south of England.
The Chapman Group was initially launched in 1983 by Chris and Delia Chapman who over the years have grown and developed the portfolio. This included the bolt on acquisition of the Saviour Inns group in 992.
