Acquisition of the B Tech Group by FC Newstar BV

BDO provided financial and tax due diligence on the acquisition of the B Tech Group by FC Newstar BV.

Neomounts, which was formerly known as Newstar, is a Netherlands headquartered business with a growing presence in IT and AV markets, with a focus on Europe.  

B-Tech is a UK headquartered business that has built a strong network and reputation throughout EMEA, Asia and, more recently, in North America.

Both companies will continue to operate independently, but will be able to share each other’s distribution networks to strengthen their global presence.
