Acquisition of The Acorn Group by the Leaders Romans Group

BDO provided financial and tax due diligence services to Leaders Romans Group (LRG), one of the UK's largest property services providers, to support its acquisition of The Acorn Group. 

The Acorn Group is a multi-discipline estate agent operating across South East London and Kent. This is LRG’s largest acquisition to date and one of the largest acquisitions completed in the property industry in recent years.
