The BDO Birmingham Transaction Services team recently advised Norman Hay PLC on their second major acquisition in as many months. Following the successful acquisition of the US based Sifco-ASC, the company has now acquired Sterr & Eder, a specialised, technical engineering business based in Germany. Sterr & Eder provides a range of skilled processing services to the automotive and foundry industries.
