Codemasters, the AIM listed UK based video games developer has acquired Slightly Mad Studios (SMS). This acquisition strengthens Codemasters' position as a market leading developer and publisher of racing games by adding SMS's upcoming games (including games in their Project CARS series and one based on a Hollywood blockbuster movie franchise) to their portfolio and adds additional scale to the Codemasters group.
