The BDO Transaction Services team recently advised Norman Hay PLC on their acquisition of SIFCO Applied Service Concepts Group, ("SIFCO ASC"), from SIFCO Industries Inc. SIFCO-ASC is the world's largest manufacturer and supplier of process equipment and associated chemicals for selective electroplating and anodizing. It operates from four locations in the USA (Cleveland, Houston, Connecticut and Virginia) and four in Europe (UK, Sweden and two locations in France).
