The BDO Midlands Transaction Services team has provided financial and tax due diligence and SPA advisory services to FluidOne on its acquisition of SAS Global Communications.
FluidOne is an award winning Connected Cloud Solutions provider supporting the needs of 1,150 customers, including 200 channel resellers with services covering SD-WAN, cyber security, IT managed services, mobile, IoT, UCaaS and CaaS focused on mid-market and enterprise customers.
SAS Global Communications is a provider of SD-WAN enabled global hybrid networks. Founded in 1989, SAS designs, deploys and manages SD-WAN hybrid networks which are supported by its innovative monitoring and management portal serving 150 customers with sites in 65 countries.
