Acquisition of Portico Property Limited by Leaders Romans Group

BDO has provided financial and tax due diligence services to Leaders Romans Group on the acquisition of Portico Property Limited.

Leaders Romans Group, one of the UK’s largest property service providers, has acquired Portico, a 15-branch residential lettings and sales agency located across West, East and Central London.

The move will see LRG welcome 154 Portico employees to its group. Portico, predominantly a lettings business, prides itself on providing a well-educated, knowledge-driven approach to property.
