BDO has provided financial and tax due diligence to Terrapin Holdings on the acquisition of Highways UK from Essential Infrastructure Events, a leading independent event organiser.
Terrapinn Holdings, the global events company, has acquired the annual Highways UK event. Launched in 2015, Highways UK is a major event focusing on UK's road and highway infrastructure and attracts over 170 exhibitions and 6,000 visitors.
The acquisition is a great fit with Terrapinn's existing global portfolio.of events.
