Acquisition of Harry Ramsden's (owned by Boparan Restaurant Group) by Deep Blue Restaurants

Deep Blue Restaurants has acquired Harry Ramsden's from Boparan Restaurant Group ("BRG").

BRG will retain an interest in the portfolio of Deep Blue's 34 outlets, which are located across the UK, Ireland and Malaysia.
