Acquisition of Gibbs Gillespie by Leaders Romans Group

BDO provided financial and tax due diligence services to Leaders Romans Group (LRG) on its acquisition of Gibbs Gillespie.

LRG’s acquisition of Gibbs Gillespie, a leading independent estate agency group with branches across Middlesex, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire, represents its largest acquisition to date.

LRG is one of the UK’s major property services groups, with a network of branches across the country. The group is engaged in residential lettings and sales, property management, and a broad range of related property services. Bowmark Capital originally invested in LRG in 2010.
