Acquisition of First to File Inc by CPA Global

BDO advised CPA Global with the acquisition of First to File Inc. The acquisition represents another step in CPA's strategy to be a technology leader in the arena of patent renewals and related services. The acquisition provides CPA with document management software that has been specifically developed for the IP industry in the US. The business is based out of Silicon Valley (with the technology hub being in Boise, Idaho) and provides CPA with a scalable presence in the West Coast of the USA.
