Acquisition of Exceedra Holdings Limited by AFS Technologies, Inc.

The BDO Midlands Transaction Services team advised Symphony Technology Group (‘STG’), through its portfolio company, AFS Technologies, Inc. (‘AFS’), on its acquisition of Exceedra Holdings Limited. The merged business will operate under the Exceedra brand as a division of AFS offering global integrated business planning and trade promotion management/optimisation solutions to the consumer goods market.

STG, a private equity partner to market leading companies focused on data, software, and analytics, acquired a majority interest in AFS in October 2018.
