Acquisition of Dediserve Limited by iomart group plc

BDO provided financial and taxation due diligence to iomart group plc on its recent acquisition of Dediserve Limited, a Dublin based provider of cloud solutions in ten locations around the world. The acquisition of Dediserve gives iomart a cloud operation in geographical areas where it does not currently have a presence, including another base in the European Union.
