The BDO Transaction Services team has provided financial and tax due diligence to Luceco plc on its acquisition of D-Line (Europe) Limited.
D-Line, headquartered in Tyne & Wear in the UK, designs and supplies a range of innovative cable management solutions, including decorative cable trunking and accessories, fire-rated cable supports, floor cable protectors and cable organisers. It employs approximately 60 people and supplies retail, wholesale and eCommerce customers mainly in the UK, Europe and North America.
Luceco plc is a UK-based manufacturer and distributor of high-quality and innovative LED lighting products and electrical accessories. They cater to both consumer and commercial markets, offering a range of products that includes LED lighting solutions, wiring accessories, portable power products and electric vehicle chargers.
