BDO has provided financial and taxation due diligence services to Nurture Group in relation to the acquisition of CGM Group, an award-winning horticultural, arboricultural and landscaping business based in the East of England.
Nurture Group is a double Royal Warrant holder and a multi-award-winning national service provider of grounds maintenance services, landscape construction services, winter gritting, pest control and interior & exterior plant displays, providing ‘one stop’ integrated services to a wide and diverse client base across the UK.
This latest acquisition will enable Nurture Group to continue to expand the geographical reach of its core service lines, in particular grounds maintenance and landscape construction services.
This represents the most recent deal supported by BDO, having previously provided financial and taxation due diligence services in relation to Nurture Group's acquisitions of Gavin Jones and Rokill and in respect of the £57m investment in Nurture Group by All Seas Capital.
