£300m fundraise by Sequoia Economic Infrastructure Income Fund Limited

BDO was a reporting accountant for Sequoia Economic Infrastructure Income Fund Limited (""SEQI"") on an open offer, placing and offer for subscription which raised £300 million before expenses. 

SEQI invests in income-generating economic infrastructure debt, creating attractive risk adjusted returns for shareholders from its diverse portfolio of private debt and bond investments, across twelve mature jurisdictions and a range of sectors and sub-sectors.

The proceeds of the fundraising will be used to repay substantially all of the drawings under SEQI’s revolving credit facility, strengthening its balance sheet and will allow it to pursue attractive buying opportunities in the economic infrastructure debt markets.
