I have over 30 years of auditing and reporting experience working in the US and UK with US SEC registered companies, UK AIM listed companies and foreign companies reporting to the US focusing on financial control, SEC reporting, and operational responsibilities.

I am a part of a team working with businesses who report to the US or who are undertaking transactions on the US Capital Markets.

Within our US Audit team, I can assist with:

• US issuer audits including auditing of internal controls over financial reporting (SOX controls).
• US auditing and accounting and audits in connection with transactions involving US companies,
• US IPOs and registration statements, and

I have experience across a wide range of industries from retail and manufacturing to entertainment, technology, and media.
