BDO has provided Tax due diligence and advisory services on the acquisition of Transfreight Automotive Logistics Europe Limited ("TALE UK") to Yusen Logistics (UK) Limited ("Yusen UK"). As a subsidiary of two Japanese parents, Mitsui and Fujitrans, TALE UK provided ‘4PL’ complete supply chain solutions to large international groups.
Yusen UK is a subsidiary of Yusen Logistics, listed on the NIKKEI Tokyo Stock Exchange and provides a full service of supply chain management, transportation, warehousing and distribution. As a strategic match, the acquisition will enable Yusen UK to strengthen their complete supply chain capabilities as part of a world leading total logistics provider.
