The BDO Transaction Services, Tax and Debt Advisory teams have advised Etib Holdings II AB on the take private of Nordic Service Partners AB, a NASDAQ Stockholm listed business that operates a portfolio of Quick Service Restaurants across the Nordic regions.
Consideration was part funded through bank finance provided by Ares Capital Europe.
