The strategic merger marks a significant milestone for both companies, representing a powerful union that promises to drive growth and innovation in the facilities management sector.
Backed by Rcapital, Trios is a national provider of hard facilities and property-related solutions, with extensive experience delivering top-tier services across diverse sectors, including Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, Education, Retail, and Leisure. The business employs more than 200 people and has dedicated mobile engineering services, its own in-house technology platform, and a managed services function to support customers of all sizes manage their estate.
Backed by Soho Square Capital, Arcus FM is an award-winning provider of technology-driven facilities management solutions, employing thousands of people across the UK. The strategic merger takes Arcus FM one step closer to realising its ambition of becoming the largest provider of mobile facilities management services in the UK.
This is the second deal in the sector that BDO has advised Rcapital during 2023, following the sale of Richard Irvin FM to RSK in March 2023.
